Injunction restraining interference vs Inunction restraining alienatio

25-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
I am a plaintiff in a case restraining my cousins from interfering in our peaceful possession. My mother has gifted us a property which was self acquired from her father in 1973 which was also self acquired by my grandfather in 1944. They are my mother's sister's children. When I filed a police complaint and suit for permanent injunction filing all the documents, they just put vakalath and filed a counter case against my mother and us for partition claiming it as ancestral property inherited
