Injunction Order - Process to get the copy

Dear Sir, I reside in Bangalore . And I stay in apartment . My car parking is blocked by another resident of an apartment . He is staying in apartment by the injunction order given by the court . I wanted to verify whether his injunction order has the parking . Please let me know the process and fees to get the injunction order. Thanks

Copy of the order depends upon pages. On average rs 30 would be sufficient. But if you are not party to suit you need to submit 3rd party affidavit along with application. Need more details to advise properly.

Without your knowledge he can't get stay, your car parking he can't stop. as per the law should challenge the court on easment right if he object. next thing is process and fees can't say exactly should contact lawyers its fixed depend upon services

1. The injunction order does not specically say about parking but I suggest you to refer injuction order. 2. To obtain the injuction order copies, you need to approach a lawyer with the case details. Even if do not have the case details, it can be tracked by an advocate through court database. 3. Talk to a local lawyer.
