My mother has left behind, gift by her mother, mother died in 2012,v came to know yesterday, there is only duplicate papers showing the land details, it is now 13 years after her death, v r 3 children, suggest
you can file partition suit by suppressing the gift deed and also injunction suit against your siblings before the court having jurisdiction to entertain the matter. the validity of the gift deed can be challenged during trial
