Hi sir, i wanted to know that can i take my part in inheritance property of my father? and what if my mother is not ready for this. my father is no more and mother is not willing to give my part in my father's property and the property is ancestral property is name on my father who is no more .
Dear client, you can claim for your part through fili g a suit for partition because you are also a legal heir and no one can take away your legal right. If your mother is not ready to give your part in ancestral property mutually, you will have to proceed with the legal recourse against her.

hello client as your case you have defined here is having a legal complication tht your mother is having view to not give you any part in your fathers property . in your case you can get your property but mutually not possible it can to be done through court only.
