Inheritance of property of elder brother

আমরা তীন ভাই, চার বোন।
বড় ভাই কিছুদিন আগে মারা গেলেন। তিনি বিপতনিক ও নিঃসনতান।
মেজ ভাই ও মারা গেছেন। তার দুই মেয়ের বিয়ে হয়ে গেছে।
ছোট ভাই আছেন। তার এক ছেলে।
বোনেরা সব আছেন।
প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে বড় ভাই এর যা আছে সেটা কী হবে বা কারা পাবে ?
আপনার মা কি জীবিত আছেন? মৃত বড় ভাই এর কোনো Will ( ইচ্ছাপত্র ) ছিল কিনা জানা প্রয়োজন এবং তাঁর movable assets ( Bank account, share certificate etc) তে কারো নাম দেওয়া ছিল কিনা জানা প্রয়োজন। যদি online payment মারফতে হিন্দু উত্তরাধিকার আইনি এই বিষয়ের পরামর্শ চান তাহলে Whatsapp message মারফতে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে পারেন।
