Inheritance of property from grandfather

Can my father alone sell all the property inherited from grandfather without any family consent and if then how can i prevent him from doing so if i m above 18

after your grandfather, your father will be the sole legal representative if he does not have any siblings or if your grandmother is not alive. if the said legal representatives are alive, he cannot solely sell the property without their consent. also it's unclear whether your grandfather left a Will. if a Will has been signed, the property will be inherited as per Will.

Your father would need NOC from you to dispose the family property. Only self acquired property can be sold without your consent. You would need to move court for the grant of an injunction to ensure that your fathee does not creatw any third party interest in the ancestral property.
