Inheritance of property and Legal heirs

09-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Mr. M, a hindu aged about 80, died intestate. He is survived by his only wife, only daughter and only son. The son is unmarried while the daughter is married to her only husband and has a son (21) and a daughter (14). Mr. M's parents are deceased. Mr. M had acquired a plot of land while he was in service, paying for it with his salary and savings. Q1. Who are the legal heirs to the property? Q1. If the property is to be sold, who needs to give consent/ be a party to the sale?
