My Father in law has 2 sons, 2 daughter. My wife is 1st daughter. In law house is a debottar house and before death father in law has made 2 sons and 2 daughter in law as devotees of said debottar property and daughters are not included. My question- can daughter has the equal right of the said property or not?

To give opinion it is necessary to scrutinize that Trust Deed or Debottarnama for its scope, meaning and effect. It is also necessary to know whether the your father in law was the Settlor of that Trust or the Trust had been formed by his predecessor in title.
