Index II in Property Agreement

My home agreement is missing Index II, therefore I downloaded the same from online but for loan process, the bank needs me to get that Index II stamped, but I am not sure the place where I can get that document stamped.
Can anyone help me with this.
To get certified copy of Index II, one has to make an application under section 57 of Registration Act, 1908 and Rule 73 of Registration Rule, 1961 to Concerned Sub Registrar office where the document is registered.
