Incorrect registration of area in sales deed

My father transferred a property to me having area of 300 square yards in 2006 and he passed away in 2016. My mother has also passed away. Now when i checked the documents i noted that only 30 square yards has been registered by sub-registrar whereas on stamp paper 300 sq yards is mention. Now, my brother who has been envy to us wants a share in property so what are the remedial options available to us.
