Incorporating land as an asset to the partnership firm change in title

Three Individuals owns a piece of Land. Later the same individuals formed a partnership firm. Later they incorporated that piece of land as an asset to that partnership firm.. But this piece of land is still showing in the name of these three individuals in the land records of land Registration department.. What is the reason

its because yoi had not executed any deeds in the registration office. you have to execute a settlement or a day is properly particular property had in the name of the firm that I have to be done otherwise it will be it will in the name of Khilauna Sab the property
