Iam possion of land but pattadaru directly Register to the another person..I pay land shistu 8 years ago 23 years back...
How did you occupy the land and why are you paying the land taxes?
Who was the original owner of the property?
How is the other person claiming title to the property?
Just because you are in possession of the property, you cannot claim title to the property.

Dear sir
Possession of the land is not the ownership..only you can enjoy the possession..But who has the land revenue records , he is the absolute owner of the property, he can sell to anybody ..only think, you can talk to the owner and negotiate the price and you can purchase the same land ..or you can get some amount for the possession of the land for past years and vacate the land..
