In My Village My Uncle's Son Claiming Rights In Our Father House

Before 1975 my father n uncle are living together in same house it is buld in gomala. After my uncle marriage he shifter other house that also in givt gomala land... My father was illiterature n during getting electricity connection my uncle filled all aplications and wrote his name... They had around 4 acres of recorded lands.. that land already divided in 2002 among them.. also in 1978 hakku patra was given in my uncle name with incomplete deatails.. one perticular servey no. they metion 40x60 of land.. that perticular servey no is around 11ecras are they... but from house kandaya was paid with my father only.. how can solve this problem
