I'm living in a house for almost 50years..all of a sudden my nieghbour
07-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
And now my neighbour says me to vacate ..and says the property belongs to him....I don't know what to do..currently the court session has started...I'm in a confusion ..please tell what would happen .. sir
I hope the case is filed against you,if you are the original owner of property, no problem at all, show the documents of your ownership as to how you acquired it , or otherwise if you aren't the original owner, take all the documents relating to your possession in the said property since 50 years,like tax receipts, bills of electricity,water,etc and also photos to show that you are in possession from 50 years , contact a civil lawyer and ask him to file a counter - claim of adverse possession before the court on the basis of those documents.

you should have some papers for that house. Inase years you must have paid some tax -kandaya- to some office. See those papers & check name in owners column. If it shows your neighbour's name then he is right.
