Illigal name change, in patta , although I have valid registered deed

Sir/ madam, my father registered a plot in his name , and I have his sale deed registered But he is no more now , when my mom went get a patta of that deed it shown in name of my father's brother As by illegally he named that property without our concern But I have the registered property sale deed also What can I do

You have to first send a legal notice to both Sub-registrar and father's brother, to clarify on what basis the name has been reflected on the Patta. then you can approach the civil court by filing a Suit for declaration of title and get the required relief.
