If concerned persons are IISCO(SAIL) employers/ lease holder, the Estate Officer appointed by IISCO under the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized occupants) Act 1971 as amended in 2017 may be informed by you for statutory action at his end. If such persons are not covered under the said statute, you have the following options:
a) to lodge a written complaint to IISCO for legal intervention at their end,
b)if no action is taken by IISCO, file an RTI application for having information from IISCO regarding status of the land.Based on such information you can approach the appropriate court of law for your legal remedies.
c) you can file a PIL before the High Court, Calcutta.in accordance with the appropriate legal provisions.

Dear client,
First you have to mention how the expansion is illegal , whether its on your property, if it is so then you have a locus standi to raise objection , if they are violating municipal rules then you raise objection . First you have to ascertain your Locus Standi to raise the objection.
