sabse phele to apko ye dekhna hoga ki apke padosi ne kis aadhar par aap par case kiya hai jaise illegal constructions ya raste ke liye ya ownership document ke aadhar par agar aap par unauthorized construction a allegation hai to ownership document, municipal permission property documents ye sab hona chahiye.

Aapke matter mein pehle yeh ascertain karna zaroori hai ki neighbour ne Dwarka Court aur Police mein kis nature ki complaints/cases file kiye hain aur unmein kya allegations hain. Agar same property/dispute ko lekar baar-baar false/frivolous complaints ki ja rahi hain, to available complaints, notices, FIR/DD entries, municipal notices aur court proceedings ki copies collect karke appropriate legal remedy li ja sakti hai. Facts ke basis par quashing, discharge/acquittal, appropriate civil injunction/declaration, ya abuse of process ke against proceedings consider ki ja sakti hain. Aap mujhe cases/notices ki copies bhej dein, main dekhkar exact legal remedy suggest kar sakti hoon.

If you have received summons from the court then you should definitely appear before the court either in person or through VC with your counsel and do the arguments as to why the case should not be initiated against you.
