Illegal removal of Load bearing wall
13-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a house of 4 floors which is 30 years old and it has 3 shops under it. One of the shop owner broke the wall without mine or other shop owner permission or consent so as to make a way to the adjacent house which he bought . Can I file a complaint against him because after he broke the load bearing wall I have started seeing the cracks in the whole building . Which is very dangerous and what should I do to get whole building sealed.
You should immediately file a complaint and move to the court to file a suit for injunction against him. Also the damages caused to your property is also liable to be paid by that person and the same can also be prayed before the court. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact
Thanks
