Illegal Possession by My Brother

As ia m NRI , I purchase the property in my brother name and build the house . There after my brother given the undivided share of property and 1st floor of house . The sale deed was made and registered properly . Last 22 years I have been out country and now i ask for my possession of 1st floor . It is objected by my brother . i denied for entry and the stair case is inside of the house .
