Illegal land registration of my family issue And making cheating

Dear sir, my self akhil.Since 1990 on wards we have occupied a land and was paying electricity charges ,muncipal taxes every thing.in the time of year 2013 my father registered to my mother.2014 we got approved building plan and building penalisation scheme(bps) .and land survey report everything. After that my father died at 2015. At that time my father elder brother he registed settlement deed in 2016 without my family permission. He is troubling a lot to my family. Now what i have to fo sir ☹️

hi u need to take steps for cancellation of settlememt agreement on the ground that it was obtained by fraud and coercion and u can give police complaint that he had cheated your family by fraudulent methods
