16-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello Sir / Madam, I have a 30x55 Feet plot in Bangalore. There is construction going on in my neighbouring plot. They are constructing Ground +3 floor house covering almost the entire plot and floating all the rules and regulations set by Bangalore Development Authority. Please let us know whom to complain or how to bring stay on this construction and to force them to abide rules and regulations. Thanks, Chandramohan
Dear Sir/Madam, if you have really hurdles/disturb/hindrances from their construction in the form of encroaching your portion of site or freely light and air problem, if yes, you have to file immediately complaint before BDA and you have to file civil suit for easement rights and to file IA for not to further construction till disposal of the case. If you are not any problem above aforesaid reason. Only your concern regarding floating rules and regulations of BDA and other authorities, you have to complaint before BDA for the same, the BDA has to take appropriate action in this regard against them.
