Illegal extension of balcony by neighbour

My neighbour on the first floor is causing mental harrassment by extending the balcony which is causing serious concerns for our safety and privacy. Also, the extension will cause the blockage of winter sun for the senior citizens living in the ground floor flat. I have complained to MCD and DDA with late response. What other remedies are available?
you can avail your remedies through your complait to the dm. if the response is not within time then you can look forward to approach the court by taking stay and deciding it on the terms which applies accordingly

The perfect remedy in the cases of unauthorised construction is filing a writ petition against such a person and making MCD and other authorities as parties. on the basis of the evaluation report and status report the High court can direct the authority to demolish the structure.
