how can I take the action against my tmnu housing board allotment house is encroched by someone with aid of foregerry documents and fake address of mine through court exparty judgement and also still I didn't get the sale deed from tmnu housing board because I have the unpaid balance with the tmnu housing board kindly reply me in tamil
