Illegal construction of door in common passage of flat

Me and my next flat owner share a common passage for entry. But they have constructed a wooden door over which there is grill blocking in a portion of the common passage. The door they have constructed is so close to my entrance door that I even cannot make a grill gate for my safety. Inspire of requesting, they are not removing the door. Please suggest a remedy. What can I do? How can I send a legal notice?

Sunce you are saying that it is an illegal construction you can always complain to the municipality or to the police alleging such illegal construction. You can also file a petition for injunction from making such construction and before that you need to give one legal notice against him which you can do approaching to any good lawyer with respect to that.
