If mother transfers the property to 1 son what can 2nd son do for it

In hindu religion, Dadaji or father ki do property hai yadi father ki property maa ke naam se hai. Dadaji or maa ke naam ki property dono yadi maa sirf ek bhai ke naam karna chahti hai dusre bhai ko nahi to kya ho sakta hai.yadi yes to dusre bhai ko apni property lene ke liye kya karna hoga ?

As per your brief it appears that property which your mother wants to transfer to one son is not her self acquired property rather it is HUF property in her name. Under such circumstance , she has no right to transfer the same in favour of one son.
