if i purchase property in friends name, how can i get complete rights?

Hi, as i had a cibil problem and if i buy property in my friends name, is there any way which i can hold property complete rights? as in case in future if he needs to sell also he needs my authorization, so what is the way i can get this done?please advice on this
Get a Gift deed executed from your freind after property is regd. in his name so that you can get absolute rights and you will be the owner of property.
iI would suggest you better purcahse property in your name or your spouse or family members name instead of a friend. As it may not be safe for you.
