IBBI announcement for under-construction apartment

This is regarding the following public announcement:

1. I had booked a unit in this apartment in July 2017.
2. The handover was supposed to be on 18-Aug, 2021. Judgement in my favor for delay compensation.
3. No possession yet.
4. How should I compute the amount to fill Form CA as per the anouncement?
okay I understand your questions so now you want to recover the possession from builder right you can file a execution case on your faver judgement and take a proper steps under execution case what order you got from your faver from the court and it is not have a time limit you can file a execution case untill you will get a possetion
