Iam jayachitra my mother passed away 25 years before and my father married second marriage
Iam last 15 years stay my grand mother house( my mother side)
Recently my father one by one transfer property to second wife
My father buying property in my mother's name that also he changed second wife name
Please advise him

your father cannot change any property belong to your mother because after the death of your mother you and your father and if any sisters and brothers with you all of the legal Heirs of your mother's property so it is illegal for your father to transfer your mother's property in anybody's name you can challenge this in court
