I wish to ask a query pertaining to my property claim

Sir, mera divorce case 2015 se rohini court main chal rha hain or I have one kids or main abhi apney sas Sasur k sath ancestor property main rehti hu or mere husband ghar chor ker 2015 main hi chale gye they... kya Vo mujhe mere Sasural se legally Nikal sakte hain ager forcefully nhi Nikal pa rhe ho . Mere saas Sasur senior citizen hain ..kya Vo apni taraf se koi case daal sakte hain
whoever has the ancestral property in his name can legally make you leave. it is better if you ask for a household for you and your children, your in laws can file for eviction and take orders from the court
