i want to sell my shop but the buyer asks for conveyance deed. I have paid for conveyance in society but the conveyance is yet to receive. can i final the deal

As far as conveyance deed in respect of society land is concerned, the society shall take it in due course of time. You can go ahead and sell the shop. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

1.The seller can provide the buyer with proof of payment of the conveyance deed charges to the society.   2. The seller can execute an indemnity bond or undertaking in favor of the buyer,  3. Include a Clause in the Sale Agreement 4. Obtain a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Society 5. Escrow Arrangement 6. Legal Notice to the Society 7.Liabilities for delay
