I want to revoke release deed, which is made by saying false commitmet

My mother signed realse deed, she was told that time will build here petrol pump, we want your realse deed, so we also gives you shares and also your childrens partnership..now they refused to give.. making false commitment, please advise
Hi u will have to approach the court having jurisdiction for revocation of the release deed since the opposite party is not co operating. Please share more details and a copy of the release deed so as to give you a sound and proper advice. Thanks.
