I want to know that an unregistered will can be proved or not

My mother make a will but forgot to registered it now she die and my brother file a case of property distribution If the witnesses are alive then the will is acceptable or not

the situation is quite complex and raises various points regarding the will as well as the witnesses. you will have to appear in the court in the case filed by your brother and over there you can keep all your points and examine witnesses. i could help you with both

Sir/ Mam, its ok, whether it is registered or unregistered, it can be proved by the witnesses that the will is made by your mother in the presence of them and said partition suit be dismissed if the will is proved true.
