I want to gift my 600 sq. feet flat to my close friend who is in financial distress. Market value of the flat is around ₹30 lakh. Will it result in any IT liability on the recepient?
dear client as per your query since you want to gift 600 sq. feet to your friend then the valuation and stamp study will be equal to sale deed so it's better to do sale deed yes obviously it will result in IT liability of the recipient..
