hello client as i can see your issue is really very much serious yes it can go to the extent of cheating that is true . in your matter as you are saying tht you have only received the amount of 10 lac only so in this matter you have yo take legal course of action so save your hard earning from bern cheated.

yes you may change it. but you may need to pay him back the monies received by you from him. just a. clarification - you may do so only if it's agreement to sell and not if it's a sale deed. if it's agreement to sell, you may refuse to act on it on the condition that you will return the money.
