I am general in caste and want to buy flat in jamshedpur jharkhand he is schedule caste having flat in jamshedpur permanent resident of bihar
As per the chtanagpur Tenancy Act general caste have no right to buy ST and SC land or flat and if any one purchase such things which would be non est under the eye of law and transfer would be void. Advice not to purchase CNT land
