I stay in Delhi,mother of two sons. Single handedly I have taken care of my kids n myself without taking any help from anyone. Was staying in rented flat.my father had forced us to shift to his flat which was vacant . And give half of the property amount to my brother. house was in bad condition. I had to get it renovated, I spent some 10 lacs on it. It's a janta flat. I had applied LAP. The property was transferred on my name. I had spend my saving n loan amount in the renovation. My fathr is a alcoholic old man, he is abusive. Before this it was never communicated that he will stay with us. But now, he is shifted with us and this is putting a bad impact on my son's. The environment has completely changed. He smokes like a chimney. I am in stress. I gave spent my saving in this house, taken loan. Now he wants us to vacate the house. My brother doens't want to keep both the parents. I have not given him the money yet as I m already on soup. Pls help n get me away from this situation
