I need help from persons having exposure of rules of Co.Op.Housing Societies(GUJARAT)I have been told that Co.op.housing societies can not charge same maintenance from plot owners and those who have built house on allotted plot.Is it true?
no that's not true. in Gujarat as well as across the india, the rules are same
maintenance charges based on area is not legal across India.
there are sufficient court orders for the same.
so the rules are maintenance will be same for all regardless of size of flat.
