I have paid 700000/ on agreement of sale for one year.but he didn't pa

After two years he dead. His family said ,we will pay within five months. Now they are not responsible . what can I do?
Sir, You can issue a lawyer notice to all his legal heirs for registration of land or for return the money back within 15 days. If they are not agreed you can file a case before the Civil Court in your jurisdiction. If you send your documents and the name and address of all the legal heirs I can issue a lawyer notice. You must file a money recovery suit or suit for specific Performance of Contract against the legal heirs of the deceased seller. You can either seek any of it, if you have proof of paying payment to the seller. You can contact me for the above purpose.
