I have gift deed from my father but wb ROR record shows our 4brothers

We are 4 brothers.Some property my father were gifted in favour of me gift in the year of 1997. Father died leaving four sons on 2001. But WB LR ROR information shows 4 sons khatian.This is wrong and inadvertently according to deed. Now how to retify my WB LR ROR record.
So you have gift deed in original with you regarding the same plot in which after the death of your father all 4 brother name are there in records you want it to be rectified and changed into your name. Now coming back to the question is the property in KMC jurisdiction or at any other place. Bring in the gift deed to any of lawrato partners and tell them what you want everything will be taken care of. You don't need to run in this offices as you must have some other work leave it in the hands of advocates.

You may apply before the wblr Ror with a letter along with the deed for rectification of the records. If no steps are taken then you can apply before the high Court for taking appropriate steps before the said authority
