I have doubts regarding the change of ownership. Please guide me.

5 years back my dad died..... At that time i was under 18 ... and there was a shop in my fathersl name.. we attached the varsa but in varsa me and my sister name was there.. my sister was plus 18 at that time.. so we rented that shop.. till now on her name only the rent is paid... I am now 22year old... can i make the shop into my name... if yes what will be the procedure
Yes, youc be proceed, consult and discuss briefly to changing name and get relief. Consult and discuss brief and required old agreement copy etc., consult and get required. The name was joint or not at that time.
