I have done sale deed 31/03/2023 but 7/12 is not provided by developer

The developer or seller registered the property on 31/03/2023, but there has been a delay in updating the 7/12 extract. As of 12/01/2025, my name is still not added to the 7/12 record for the 1.58 guntha plot I purchased. What steps should I take to resolve this issue? The seller is not denying to do so, but he is delaying it.
Communicate the same to the builder by way of writing. If he doesn't then u can take some legal steps however even u can make an application with the government department for updating the 7/12
