I have change the nameplate in the society as per my new name

my flat is on my name n my fathers name. Since now I have got married n legally my name has been changed I have changed the name plate in my society according to the new name along with my husbands name. Society is asking me to change the name plate as per the name before marriage whereas my name has been changed. What should I do I don’t want to change the name plate
My Response to your query:
After marriage if you wish to cauntinue your new name om new name plate for flat identification in this situation you can change your name in Gazate.. register your changed name in Gazate.. It will take 20 days time after publicans in Gazate.. You can submit that copy or your new name before society.. Than society can't say you to change name plate..
this is only legal way to register change in name..

You can show your name change gazette to society.Afterwards if society want to change in your name.Then you can send legal notice to them for harassment.
Afterwards if society continues then you can file complaint to Assistant Co-Operative Registrar.
