I have bought new car in Gurgaon & want to register in Bihar.

The car is in the name of my father & he is living with me. We are just planning to buy the new car and living in gurgaon(haryana). And want to register the car at Bihar. Isit possible to register the car in Bihar & Buy here in Gurgaon without carrying the vehicle in Bihar?
Yes you can get it registered in Bihar without taking the vehicle there. but make sure when you purchase the car ask the showroom to cut the temporary no. of Bihar state, they have the power to do so.
and after getting the temporary no. of Bihar state from a showroom in gurgaon. You can take the car file to Bihar and can get it registered there.
