27-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I have bought a flat in joint ownership with my mother by taking loan, I have a younger sister. I soley pay the EMIs and stay with my family (mother and sister) in the flat. My mother is also a co applicant in the loan account. But now due to financial burdens and family issues I want to give up the flat and the loan, by selling the property. But my mother is not agreeing to this decision. She is also a family pension holder and my sister is also earning a descent amount.
