I have a flat under my name and want to transfer it under my wife.

HInI have a flat in Lucknow registered under my name. Now I want to trasfer this flat under my wifes name. How can I do it,
You may do so by executing a gift deed duly registered in favour of your wife. You need to take the help of an expert lawyer for drafting and registration. You can transfer the same through Will also.

In order to transfer this flat u can simply do gift deed …we can draft the deed as per the legalities in this regard ..kindly b in touch with us asap ! U also have other future options too like a registered WILL etc …thanks
