I am planning to buy flats in Hyderabad. Owner of the flats registered the plot and have clear title. Then land given to builder and builder in turn gave a flat to the land owners.
Agreement of construction has been mad in stamp paper and then hand over log possession has been provided by the build and requested owner to take possession in non stamp paper.These happened in 1991 and EC of the plot have clear details.
Can we buy this property..will bank will give loan?
