Q: Multiple Loans upto 27lacs from banks/nbfc's

Hi Team,I have multiple loans from 7 Banks & NBFC's with total outstanding of 27lakh's. I have occurred loss in Stock market online. Now i'm unable to pay EMI's and credit card dues. I'm getting daily harassment calls and recovery agents coming my home. Im stressed and no peace of mind. I'm thinking to suicide my life, as i don't find any solution for this problem. No one is helping to come out of this situation. Humble request please guide and say any resolution for this issue with fee.

In Visakhapatnam, a flat sold in 2000 was registered at 1000 SQFT, though its actual size is 1500 SQFT. The owner claims the lower registration was to reduce stamp duty. I want to buy it and correct the size to 1500 SQFT, while a local advocate states it cannot. If I proceed with the purchase, I'll have to accept the registered size of 1000 SQFT. The owner argues that since the undivided land share is correct, the current flat value matches the land's value and so SQFT doesn't matter. Help me.

Q: I am planning to buy flats in Hyderabad. Owner of the flats registered

I am planning to buy flats in Hyderabad. Owner of the flats registered the plot and have clear title. Then land given to builder and builder in turn gave a flat to the land owners. Agreement of construction has been mad in stamp paper and then hand over log possession has been provided by the build and requested owner to take possession in non stamp paper.These happened in 1991 and EC of the plot have clear details.Can we buy this property..will bank will give loan?
