i am married women but i purchased flat in my single name

I am Hind, I got married in 2015 year, we both blessed with one little baby girl, now she is 3 year old, I decided to purchase a new flat, and I purchased it but in my name only, when we were purchasinga flat that time my husband has no issue on purchase of flat in the name of mine because 95% contribution was mine and EMI is going from my account and I have taken a loan from my company. he promise me that he will pay entire loan amount of my company. But now he is forcing me for put his name in the property and now he is giving thread and mentally harassing me. He told me he will not pay any kind of payment towards any loan. Before purchasing a flat we were staying on rent and rent was paid by my husband. Now what to do in this situation, shall I put his name in the property.

It depends on your relationship and understanding with him. As you said he threats you and makes mental harrassment so it will always be good not to include his name on record. Because once he comes on record you cannot sale, alienate or rent out your flat without his permission as he will be partly owner of flat. And the big problem will be if he don't pay EMI. you alone will have to suffer as loan on your name. So don't get trapped.
