I am a daughter.. I don't have my father.. My mother isn't supporting

I am hindu..we are 4 kids..After my father death my mother has taken over all the property and taken a sign that she will take care of all expenses Now not caring for me .. Will i get my share in fathers property
You have not stated your age. As long as yo are minor your mother wi be your guardian and She des not need your signature for managing garr father's property. (But she will not own all that ). Now if you are major your signature counts depending on where all (what papers ) you all signed.
