Husbands brother not giving me a share in the business what to do.

Sir my father in law was a partner in a family business even my husband was working in same firm...but both of them died now their brothers are not giving any share or profit....I have a son ..please tell what I should do
You will have to file a case against them. You will also have to get the succession certificate and become the legal owner of everything your husband was owner of. You will have to be patient as it is a long process.

madum, i seen the question. It has to be treated as joint family business and that time other brothers were in joint family, they can claim their respective share. you are also entitle for equal share. youcan file a suit for inherent right.
